...The educational sessions are provided as part of a community education project funded by FedEx, called the FedEx & Brake Road Safety Academy.
A volunteer in your area (Me Chris Richards and a few other driving instructors) have been trained by the Academy to deliver the sessions, which last 55-90 minutes, depending on your time constraints, and which can take place at a time and date convenient for you, We recommend that no more than 25 students attend each session.
The workshops can include things like hard-hitting DVD (or video) on the consequences of irresponsible driving, plus a presentations, discussions and interactive wookshops on the topics of risk-taking, speeding, drink and drug driving and belting up. lt is crucial to raise awareness of these topics among this age group one in ten car drivers are under 25, but one in four drivers killed on the roads are within this age group. lf you would like your local Academy volunteer to attend your school, college/institution or club, please emal me directly at info@chrisrichardsadi.co.uk or call me on 07961 828 528 .
