...Most lerners can be added to their parents car insurance policy alowing them to practice in their parents cars. The down side to this is that any hard earned No Claims bonus' are risked in the event of an accidnet.
As far as i know at the moment their are two main players in the Lerner drivers policy car insurance these are Collingwood Learners and Young Marmalade. The two companies can supply the learner driver with their own policy to drive a car up to group 12 (i think possible more or less) and it doesnt affect their parents car insurance.

Provisional Marmalade is very similar to the collingwood learners but their are a few things that are differnt. e.g. the value of the cars insured and the age of the occompanying driver.
